Thoughtful curiosity is where good design begins. Listening closely to what is said and unsaid. Observing body language. Asking questions. Getting to the heart of a situation makes building a better solution easier.

Design thinking and user research are just two of the tools in my toolbox for building an accurate portrait of the user and their needs. Research is essential. Equally important is the ability to empathize with each person involved: from end user to stakeholder.

In the time that I led Grace, she was constantly looking for ways to advance our brand. From taking on special projects, serving on brand win teams, and aligning our customer experience, Grace took on all these things with excellence. Her design is human-centric, always considering the customer first. On top of that, she's a warm person that built great rapport and trust with her team. I'd highly recommend Grace if you're interested in leveling up and humanizing your brand.

Grace's UX skills are off the charts - she’s a fantastic designer with amazing levels of creativity, focus, and drive. She's consistently demonstrated the ability to take ridiculously complex needs of business teams and customers and turn around creative results with products that are remarkably easy to use. If I was building a UX team tomorrow, I'd move mountains to get Grace on my team.
